Two platforms

ResolutionRx and EndeavourRx

RespireRx is developing a pipeline of new drug products based on broad patent portfolios across two distinct drug platforms.

ResolutionRx

Pharmaceutical cannabinoids

Compounds that target the body’s endocannabinoid system — in particular the re-purposing of dronabinol, an endocannabinoid CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist already approved by the FDA for other indications, for obstructive sleep apnea.

EndeavourRx

Neuromodulators

AMPAkines, positive allosteric modulators of AMPA-type glutamate receptors, and GABAkines, PAMs of GABAA receptors — two routes to restoring signalling in the central nervous system.
